Returns Policy

Should you ever not be satisfied with the quality of the product you received, we will replace the item. In this unlikely event please contact us (support@fishmob.co.nz) and we will discuss the next steps.

If you have changed your mind, you can return your print to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, with the print in its original condition. Please ensure you use a courier services that includes insurance, as we are not responsible for packages that are missing or damaged when being returned to us.

If your print arrives damaged, we will send out a replacement print to you at no extra cost.
