Returns Policy

Should you ever not be satisfied with the quality of the product you received, we will replace the item. In this unlikely event please contact us (support@fishmob.co.nz) and we will let you know the next steps.

Art prints, pre-matted prints, circular art discs

If you have changed your mind, you can return your print to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, with the print in its original condition (this excludes our Perfectly Imperfect range, products from our marketplace, if it is specifically outlined in the product description, or value of item exceeds $1,000). Please ensure you use a courier services that includes insurance, as we are not responsible for packages that are missing or damaged when being returned to us.

If your artwork arrives damaged, we will send out a replacement print to you at no extra cost.

Limited editions, paintings and other collectables

Please choose carefully as we do not offer a returns service for these products. Where deemed necessary, refunds given will be less any costs incurred from packaging, courier and insurances charges.
