William Morris (1834–96) was one of the most prolific textile designers who has been credited as bringing the revival of British Textiles Art. He often drew on inspiration from his countryside, featuring foliage, fruits and birds in his designs. Today his timeless designs live on – as wallpapers, textiles, and art prints.
