Shipping within New Zealand 🥝

Standard shipping (tracked and signature required) is free for all orders within New Zealand. We use CourierPost for shipping. Shipment usually takes 1-3 working days once dispatched. All items will be shipped from Dunedin or Auckland (on the odd occasion).

All items are packaged carefully in a sturdy cardboard tube with acid-free tissue paper.

Shipping to Australia 🦘

We also offer shipping to Australia! Shipping via courier across the ditch is an additional $10.

Shipping to US 🇺🇸, Canada 🇨🇦, UK 🇬🇧, Europe 🇪🇺

We've just started offering shipping to countries further afield! Shipping via International Courier US, Canada, UK, Europe (France, Italy, Germany) an additional $50.

Should you ever not be satisfied with the quality of the product you received, we will replace the item. In this unlikely event please contact us (support@fishmob.co.nz) and we will let you know the next steps.

If you have changed your mind, you can return your print to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, with the print in its original condition (this excludes our Perfectly Imperfect range, or if it is specifically outlined in the product description). Please ensure you use a courier services that includes insurance, as we are not responsible for packages that are missing or damaged when being returned to us.

If your print arrives damaged, we will send out a replacement print to you at no extra cost.
